Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. Module 3 of the ANS Kundalini Awakening Yoga Teacher Training programme in Egypt is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the incredible teachings of Yogi Bhajan whether you feel it is your destiny to teach, or simply want to deepen your knowledge and awareness of Self.
The format of the training here in Egypt comprises three, four-day (five nights) modules in the stunning natural beach setting of Nuweiba in South Sinai. The course closes with an Immersion Week at the Mother Ashram of Le Martinet, deep in the Vercors mountains in France.
This training gives you an internationally recognised certification as a KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher. The training is a journey of self-experience, awakening each of you to your potential through the power of Kundalini yoga.
You will be supported and personally guided through the training by Seva Simran Kaur (intern trainer and organiser), Har Nal Kaur (lead trainer) and, during the Immersion Week, the full Amrit Nam Sarovar team, including the founder of the school, Karta Singh.

The Spiritual Path
Guru Chela & Initiation
Each day will include theory as well as lots of yoga, meditation and pranayama and teaching practice, and deep self-experiential work. Sharing and seva (devotional service – you may know this as karma yoga) are also a part of daily life on the trainings.

The training is open to people of all ages, levels of experience (including none at all!), fitness levels, and cultural and spiritual backgrounds. Accommodation
Accommodation is at the RockSea retreat, Nuweiba, in shared, beautiful beach chalets, each with its own terrace and a stone’s throw from the sea. There are lovely communal showers and toilets.

Travel
FROM ABROAD
You need to arrange your own flight, to arrive in Sharm el Sheikh on or before the morning of our start date to ensure you arrive relaxed and rested at RockSea by 5pm. Please send us your e-ticket as soon as possible for us to coordinate transfers.
VISA
The training modules will take place entirely in Nuweiba, and therefore European citizens are not required to purchase an entry visa – simply proceed to the passport control and get a stamp, which will cover you for 14 days. However, if you are from outside of the EU, or plan to extend your stay in Egypt (Sharm or Cairo), please check for specific visa entry requirements before you travel.
FROM CAIRO
If coming by car, please arrive before 5pm of our start date to ensure you are relaxed and rested for the first session starting at 6pm that evening. Rock Sea is easy to find – driving north from Sharm or the tunnel, you will pass through Nuweiba and drive on another 30 minutes or so until the checkpoint out of Nuweiba district. RockSea is two minutes from here – after you drive up behind the mountain, look out for the entrance on you right as you come back down to sea level, in the left-hand corner. If you get to Basata or Castle Zaman you have gone too far. If coming by plane to Sharm and requiring a transfer, please send us your e-ticket as soon as possible for us to coordinate transfers.
