Thank you for trusting me, trusting yourself, and opening yourself to Serenity Courage & Wisdom. I’m excited to guide you on this journey to experiment and explore how greater balance and harmony might begin to make you feel body, mind and spirit.
When & Where
We meet 5-6pm CET on Sundays on Zoom. You will receive email reminders with the Zoom login each week. I recommend you save the dates to your calendars to ensure you don’t miss a session:
7, 14, 21, 28 March 5-6pm CET
You will receive the link to the Zoom room every Sunday afternoon at 4pm, one hour before we meet. That’s your cue to make yourself a pot of herbal tea, have a notebook and pen handy, and be cosy and comfy in yoga pants, or even your pyjamas. This is perfect end-of-weekend wind-down time - I look forward to sharing it with you.
I’ll be sharing more information as the start date approaches. For now, relax back into knowing that you’re about to be giving yourself a whole lot of love, nourishment and rest. There’s nothing to prepare, or know before we start. You’ve done all you need to for now.

MY VISION BEYOND SERENITY COURAGE & WISDOM
You may know me already - yoga and meditation teacher, freediver, transformational coach and founder of Discover Your Depths. What you might not know is how passionate I am about growth - my own and that of everyone I work with.
Serenity Courage & Wisdom is designed to give you a glimpse of what might actually be possible for you - now and in the future. Within each of us lies an untapped well of innate wisdom - an ability to self-heal, to self-calm and self-direct. It’s time to stop looking outside of ourselves for solutions and answers, and get in touch with what is already there.
By starting to get your eating, sleeping and morning patterns aligned to their natural rhythm, you tap into a source of energy that has always been there. When you stop pushing against nature within you, you allow it to flourish and take care of you.
It is this principle I discovered while on my deepest dives - when I surrendered to the ocean and the innate wisdom of my body, the dives unfolded effortlessly. I stopped trying to force or feel responsible for my dives, I began to allow them to happen. And when I did that, they became easier, deeper and more joyful than anything I’ve ever experienced.
