Sat nam! I'm utterly humbled to be able to announce that the Amrit Nam Sarovar school, where I am completing my Level 2 Teacher Training, is launching the FIRST EVER Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training in Egypt!
Dates:
- Egypt modules: 11-14 December // 26 Feb-1 March // 23-26 April
- France Intensive: 4-12 July
Fees and discounts:
- International guests: €2080 payable in four instalments of €520 each (deposit plus three modules)
- Egyptian residents (or anyone making their own way to the retreat): €1960 payable in four instalments of €490 each (deposit plus three modules)

Included: five nights full board accommodation for all three Egypt modules, all teaching (Egypt and France), airport transfers to retreat centre for international guests
Not included: full board accommodation in France (€315 due in July), flights, and/or all travel to the retreat centre for Egyptian residents, course manual (€100, which you need by December), White Tantra (€120 depending on where you do it, to be done at your convenience).

Venue:
This is a unique retreat-style teacher training set on the beach north of Nuweiba at RockSea Yoga Retreat. Accommodation will be in shared beach huts and all teaching will be in the Yoga Dome or beach arishas. There will be time for swimming and communing with Nature. Seva - karma yoga - is an integral part of the training and so you will also learn yogic lifestyle and cooking.
Schedule:
It is recommended that you arrive the night before the start date of each module, and this night is included in your fee.
Each course starts at 10am on the Thursday (start date) of each module, and for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each module we will begin with Sadhana each morning at 5am. We will end on Thursday, Friday and Saturday around 9pm, and on Sunday we will close the module at 5pm to allow time for onward travel.
Teachers:
Har Nal Kaur will be the Lead Instructor in the Egypt modules and I, Seva Simran Kaur (my spiritual name) will be assisting and teaching alongside her. Shama Kaur of Yalla Yoga will be assisting and supporting us both, managing the seva teams and directing the kitchen.
Karta Singh, the founder of Amrit Nam Sarovar will be running the Intensive Week in his ashram in France in July 2015, along with Har Nal, myself and all the other outreach instructors.
