Last summer I had a vision to create the first KRI Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training here in Egypt. That vision, the seed of that idea, manifested fully one year ago in December 2014 with myself, our lead trainer, Har Nal, and 14 students right here on beautiful Sinai.
Organising and running the training was the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done. Ever! And this is testimony to the fact that the things most worth having in life
a) aren't things and
b) are worth striving for

We are starting again in January and welcome students of all backgrounds, cultures and beliefs - because we believe in Ek Ong Kar - we are all One. It is not just about becoming a teacher, it is much more about immersing yourself in the truth of the teachings and expanding into your full potential as a human being.
