I can hardly wait!! I'm in Europe, and this weekend, I'm sharing the magic of my Deep Relaxation course with 20 curious freedivers at the amazing Nemo 33 in Brussels.
It is my first experience teaching in a deep pool - and from what I've seen and heard, it's amazing! I'm curious and full of anticipation about this wonderful opportunity. Helping freedivers of all abilities to let go of their stress and fear, and truly, deeply relax in the water is such a wonderful gift! To see them melt into the water and forget about their worries and be absolutely in the moment - WOW!
