Energy Beyond Breath - dive deeper by going deeper within

Yoga for Freediving part three goes lives today! Energy Beyond Breath is essential not only for longer, deeper dives, it will also reveal yogic secrets to greater vitality and energy over all.

Energy Beyond Breath is the course that takes you into the science and beliefs behind pranayama. Pranayama goes beyond breathing exercises; it is the technology that allows you to control and direct the life force energy within you. This is hugely powerful, and a concept that lies behind all successful sports-psychology methods – identifying the ‘flow-state’ and how to get into it.

My approach goes beyond the physical practice of yoga and helps you to unfold the mysteries of your minds, which often have a tendency to sabotage you. Energy Beyond Breath takes you on a journey into Prana – not simply the prana (energy and oxygen) you obtain through the breath, but Universal Prana, your life-force energy, the creative substance of the Universe.

When I was training, it was very evident to me that there was more than just my lung capacity, which at 3.7 litres is fairly unimpressive, at play. As I coached other freedivers and saw the fear, self-doubt, anxiety, and pressure to perform that was driving them. I realised that my dives were somehow different; I realised that I trusted in a greater source of energy to guide me and keep me safe. It was this that enabled my 104m dive, and made it so effortless.

Energy Beyond Breath consists of five core videos, over two and a half hours of training including powerful pranayama practices, my favourite yoga kriya and a beautiful 40-minute Yoga Nidra. They are supported by a further two and a half hours of How To videos and my six-week programme to download to help you get the most from the course, and build your practice.

As with all the Yoga for Freediving courses, the full Energy Beyond Breath course is retailing at just $50, and based on feedback from freedivers using the first two courses, Deep Relaxation and Manage Your Mind, this looks like being the best $50 you will spend on your freediving career.

You can purchase Energy Beyond Breath here.

“Thank you for sharing your experience, this is really so valuable for me and I believe for any freediver trying to discover, control, and discipline the mind, which are things we read a lot about but do not know exactly how to achieve…

”
— Rachid Zack, Deep Relaxation

Energy Beyond Breath is also available as a limited edition Go Premium course, giving you one to one consultation and three online skype coaching sessions with Sara for just $300!

If you missed out on Deep Relaxation and Manage Your Mind, the first two courses in this ground-breaking series, you can still purchase them online for $50 each at the same site.

It is important to note that these courses are not intended to replace any of the recognised certification training programmes, through which students learn the essential basics of in-water personal and buddy safety.
