Yoga for Freediving : Back to Basics is the week that every freediver should do at least once in their training career. With maximum eight participants per group, it covers the foundations of the mental aspects of the sport, taking us into an understanding of how awareness can unblock the blocks and bring in the bliss. From beginner to advanced, as we learn and progress, we experience new challenges, we unlock new fears. This training is the best way to understand, confront and overcome those challenges whatever stage you are at in your freediving.
