TUMMO : A MODERN TAKE ON THE ANCIENT BUDDHIST ART OF DEVELOPING YOUR INNER FIRE

  • Online Time : 5pm Canaries / 6pm CET / 7pm Dahab (map)

Tummo is the fire of enlightenment made manifest in our bodies and our lives.

Join me and Julien Bouille for an incredible FREE, LIVE online workshop to explore the ancient Tibetan Buddhist tantric meditation practice of Tummo.

Julien is a DYD community member who has been studying with me for the past three years. In his quest to deepen his knowledge and understanding of breathwork and its impact on our mind, Julien has studied many paths, from classical pranayama, the Wim Hof method, Tantra, freediving and now Tummo.

He will be introducing us all to the mysterious world of Tummo, the ancient Buddhist tantric breathwork practice, which enables monks and practitioners to generate insane amounts of internal heat (hint - fire is the element of transformation). It brings subtlety and nuance to the hugely popular Wim Hof method, which is a modern take on this ancient practice.

Tummo, as one of the earliest methods of breathwork, is one of the most powerful and direct gateways to mastering our mind, and mind-body consciousness.

He will also tell us a little bit about how breathwork has helped him transition out of a tired old comfort zone that no longer feels authentic or energising (owning and managing three live music venues in Berlin), and start moving with trust into a life of breathing, ice baths, plant medicine, consciousness, teaching, and following his curiosity.

It's a topic that resonates so strongly with me, and I think can support us all in finding courage to live lives that make us feel truly alive.

We invite you to join this practical and experiential workshop, followed by open Q&A, with me and Julien to deepen and expand your own understand of the power of breath and mind.
