A Yogic Journey to the Self
Our deepest, most precious, most constant relationship is often the one we give least attention and care to. The quality of this relationship determines EVERYTHING we do, think, say or have in our lives. It creates the quality of our health, happiness and sense of wholeness. Who is this relationship with? Ourselves!
Western society doesn’t teach us to cultivate a relationship with ourselves. It doesn’t value emotional wisdom, intuition, self-awareness or qualities such as empathy, compassion, and an ability to listen. Children are not taught how to understand their emotions, and process all that life throws at them and so we grow up to be a community of emotionally illiterate adults, fuelling the cycle of unhappiness, poor health, dysfunctional relationships and an increasing level of medication and addiction.
More about this workshop
This workshop takes us on a powerful and important journey into ourselves, to break the patterns that hold us back, to experience how real listening can help us to truly understand ourselves and others, and to create meaning, direction and wholesome connection in our lives. Peel back the layers of self-deception, denial, hurt and fear, games and pretence that shroud your authenticity and light. Go deep into you to reveal your strengths, resources, power and potential. Emerge radiant, vibrant and renewed!
To achieve your dreams, you have to know what they are, to know your dreams, you have to know yourself, to know yourself you need to go deep within.
Who is it for?
This workshop is open to men and women from all backgrounds, all ages, and with all levels of yoga experience (including none at all!). We explore this journey through discussion, group work, personal journaling and of course yoga, meditation and pranayama exercises to go beyond the confines of our ego and our intellect and to see our true selves, in all our radiance, strength and beauty.

We recommend Coral Coast Hotel as your home for the workshop. For just €322 you can wake up in one of the beautiful sea-view superior rooms at the hotel that is the host for our yoga workshops. The hotel is set directly on the beach at Eel Garden: the quiet, peaceful and ‘authentic’ end of Dahab. With stunning views of sunrise over the Red Sea and breakfast in the restaurant or palm Arisha on the beach, it is relaxation, pure and simple.
Yoga and meditation sessions are held in the hotel’s stunning yoga room. Between sessions, enjoy the sun loungers and hammocks on the beach, or relax in the pool, or simply chill out with your book and a healthy fresh juice in the restaurant.
