My aim is to help you achieve your goals, and the most effective way to do this is to create a programme that suits your needs, budget and time.
Whether you want a physical re-boot, an energy or happiness boost, balancing and calming, or some time to reassess your direction in life and space to make some changes, I can help with physical work, meditation practice, and practical guidance.
I work privately with clients, from a single two-hour session, to a full week or longer. I also work with couples or small groups of friends.
If you have never tried yoga, this is an ideal way to understand the basics, and build a fabulous foundation upon with to grow a regular practice. For experienced yogis and yoginis, it is a chance to go even deeper and explore more subtle aspects of practice.
I have been working with Sara for meditation; at the beginning I was skeptical but after one year the changes are clear. Many people have told me that I look happier and when I looked at photos I realise am smiling more and look relaxed. I have a very stressful job but have learned to switch off to focus on my freediving training and had great performances in deep competitions as a result.
